Join us as we spread wings of love and vibes of youth to our elderly friends at Ren Ci Hospital!

We are doing balloon sculptures and making souvenirs to brighten up their rooms. Join us in this love-filled event!!

What are the areas you can help??
1. Cheer us on!
2. Make your presence felt *hugz*
3. Logistics - we need to buy tau huay zui and pandan cake for our elderly friends’ high tea at 2pm
4. Souvenir making - we are making windmills!!
5. Be a clown - i fyou know how to make our elderly friends laugh, then we NEED YOU!!
6. Singapore Idol - we need you if you can sing/ play any musical instrument well (recorder also can lah :p)
7. Packers - We are buying biscuits and packing into little gift packs for our friends from Ren Ci
8. Balloon Sculpturing - Yes, we are going to make these colourful balloons to decorate their rooms… *grinz*
9. Gung-Ho people - what else? help the demure ladies carry the heavy stuffs lor…
10. INteracters - we like to call them friendly angels.. These are very nice people who enjoys interacting with elderly friends and can also gel with us young bunch :p

The night cycling group photo. Various people from different walks of life coming together from all around Singapore =) I always love taking and looking at group photos, cos everyone is so happy in it =)

Hope to see you people again real soon, and thanks for all the encouraging mails… we will work harder to do better.

Hi frens!

We are organising a visit to Renci Hospital at Buangkok on15 October, Sunday .

We will be meeting at 10am at KG Chai Chee Community Centre, it is located across Bedok Interchange, opposite the Ansar Mosque.

We will be packing some goodies, handmade souvenirs and preparing some food stuff for the patients before setting off from the CC to the hospital.

We plan to visit every ward and sing songs, do balloon sculpting for the patients, talk to them and make them happy.

Though its a short visit, we hope to bring joy to these chronic illness patients and we hope you could join us in this meaningful activity.

If you can play guitar, sing a song, perform magic tricks or watever simple performances, we welcome you to join us in this visit!

Even if you are not apt at any performances like most of us here, we want you to join us too!

Let’s bring a smile to the patients’ faces!

My body is aching… from the nite cycling on sat nite, 23 Sept 06.

But boy, m I glad that I finished the whole trip from Bedok to Kallang to ECP to Changi to Loyang to Tampines to Bedok Reservoir and back to Bedok.

We had put together a mega yec nite cycling event with about over 40 participants.

An amazing feat for us coz its hard to reach out to youths with just banners and posters.

Kudos to Christine, Huiling, Shaoliang, Peiwen, Nalinee, Danny, Johan, Steve, Joey, Danny.dotcom, mr FAT and the CSC members! (did I miss anyone out?)

Of coz, not forgetting the disney couple, ms ariel and mr woody who came and support our event.

Hi frens!

We are glad that you did not reject our request to add you into our YEC’s frenster network.

Who are we?

We are not your typical grassroots leaders (ok, we are grassroots leaders lah but we are not RC members…)

We do not organise block parties and other typical RC events but we do help the RCs out once in a while.

We organise events, courses and activities for youths like you!

We organise community, charity events as well.

We have fun most of the time organising such events and we hang out together during festive holidays like CNY and even party together during new year countdown.

We are a bunch of fun folks to hang out with, really!

We dun work for the government though one of us is a civil servant. (we have a police officer with us but no worries, he’s not here to check on us he’s our IT guy!

We are a group of youths with varied interests, occupations, ethnic groups, religions and yes, age groups. The ages of our members ranges from 16 to 35 years old.

We are not here to recruit new members but to let you in on the various activities and events we organise.

We want to share our memories and experiences with you and hope that you could join us in our future events!
